Very nice place, Sian is friendly. In this listing it said no toiletries and towel so we brought ours, but turn out all the necessities are in the room. Comfortable bed, very good breakfast.

Sian’s guest house was cleans and cosy and very convenient for the town centre which was a short walk away for eating out. Sian was very welcoming, breakfast was also great, and home made mince pies were excellent!

Sian owns a lovely guest house just 4 minutes' walk from the Banbury High Street. We had an amazing stay: she let us check in early which was perfect cause we were going to a lunch party. The room was perfectly clean, warm and she offered towels, shampoo and shower gel. There was a kettle in the bedroom, with coffee and milk available, also hot chocolate. This was complimentary, as well as the breakfast in the morning, which consists of a fresh bacon bap and French press, a selection of cereals, orange or apple juice, tea and chocolate brioche. There is a small car park at the entrance of the property. The shower was hot and with good pressure. Thank you for the great stay Sian!
