We were a group of 18 friends for a bachelor party, and the house is ideal for this type of event. There are plenty of beds, space, a barbecue, and a pool, and no worries about making noise. Romualdo is very responsive and made our stay easier. I highly recommend it for this type of event.

Romualdos is responsive and committed to resolving issues promptly, a notable quality. However, despite a great host, the house isn't suitable unless you're a Stag-party seeking a booze and pizza experience. Upon arrival, the house was filthy - hair on beds, used soup (wrapped in black hair) on the floor, and dirty kitchen counters. The domestic's response was lackluster, barely addressing the issues. Numerous items were broken, couches had cigarette holes, air conditioning didn't work, and doors wouldn't close. The rooms felt like storage spaces than comfortable acc. During our 4-day stay, there were noisy parties next door every night, including disruptive hourly fireworks until 3 am. We had to request permission to use the washing machine, and the domestic helper monitored us, staying until the cycle was done. She loudly engaged with us during dinner, ignored the scattered rubbish and dirt. Additionally, the location is quite remote, accessible via a very bumpy pothole-filled road.

De villa is prachtig en een super verblijf voor een grote groep. Schoonmakers houden de plek heel schoon. De bedden liggen heerlijk. De host reageerde altijd snel, duidelijk en vriendelijk op de berichten. Hij is super gastvrij en doet heel erg z'n best om je verblijf zo fijn mogelijk te maken.

Very nice host. We had some trouble with a group down the street, but the host was very understanding and responded quickly.

Communication with Romualdo was easy and quick, self check in was convenient. The house is spacious and clean, with a very nice pool. Over the day, it’s very calm, because it’s in the countryside. However, It can be extemely loud because in the houses next door, many parties were celebratated.
