We had the upstairs of this two-floor house in a nice quiet and safe residential neighborhood. There's plenty of space; it's nicely restored and furnished, and kept scrupulously clean and fresh. The full kitchen had all the things we needed to cook in, though there are good restaurants close by in downtown Bowling Green. The rail trail through woods and wetlands a short walk to the south is nice too. Matthew gave good clear instructions to find the airbnb and check in, and was very helpful, positive and responsive during our stay while respecting our privacy. Do be aware of the steep stairs to enter, the downstairs would be better for those with access concerns. Definitely recommend and look forward to staying again.

I always enjoy my stays in Bowling at Matt's place. Everything is always clean and any suggestions I make are followed up on my next visit. Visiting with Matt is always a pleasure and the area is quite, pleasant and a short walk to Bowling Greens main street where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. If you don't want to eat out, they have a full kitchen with all the cookware and utensils you need. I've used it many times to prep food for holiday meals at my sisters.

I was very happy with the accommodations, the apartment was fresh and new, thoughtfully decorated, clean open and well lit. The kitchen had everything that you needed. The bathroom and bedroom were super clean. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.
