Sehr netter Besitzer der sich um Probleme direkt kümmert. Das Haus ist sauber und schön. Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank

Overall stay was good, the house description mentioned there was air conditioning and there in fact was not (understood it’s Germany) communicating with the host Karen was kind of pointless because she’ll tell you to contact the actual host via email. You have to rent your own bedding which is kind of stupid for the price you’re paying. No actual WiFi in the house your bumming off the neighbors. The pictures provided are the house but upon arrival everything looks a little more out dated. You also need to rent towels for the house. They do not provide a wash cloth for dishes but do provide soap and dishes. Overall wasn’t a bad stay but not 10/10 more of a 6/10

Nettes Haus in angenehmer Lage! Leider hat die Spülmaschine nicht funktioniert und auch der Herd war kaum nutzbar. WLAN war leider auch nicht nutzbar. Wir hatten trotzdem ein schönes Wochenende:)

It is the first time that we find ourselves in a house that elements are missing from what it promises in the description. We did try many times to contact Karen - Belvilla but she kept referring us to the contact person which could not help us with the matter. Be aware there is no air conditioner in this house like it says in the description. And if you have a dog with you, there is not a closed garden. Make sure to check all the utensils in the kitchen before using any of them. There should be a better communication between the owner of the house and Karen - Belvilla about the house and what is in it. And also thanks to the Roompot staff which was very helpfull and ready to step up eventhough we didnt rent directly with them.
