This air bnb was horrible. They did not have any hot water the first day arrived. When I went to call them, they said they had the same issue that past week and they had to send a plumber out but they never checked before people came to stay? I had called the manager to help me figure out the issue and they sent a plumber out the next day. Once the hot water was on, we had asked to negotiate a refund for the first night since we had been hiking all day and were unable to shower. He told me he didn’t own the place and that we were basically SOL. We had to call Evolve and they told us that the owner had to approve it and kept sending us elsewhere. We ended up having to contact air bnb support and still have not gotten the issue resolved. It has been 4 days. Also - the beds are very uncomfortable. The master bedroom has a mattress that feels completely sunk in. This place is not worth it for the issues we had been put through.

We had issue with checking in (partly because of my fault as i have registered with a different number). The host was not attending calls and we ended up staying in car for an hour or so. I would really appreciate Evolve team for staying with us and actively following up with the host Alert! The facility did not have hot water for shower on the day we checked in. We ended up sleeping without getting fresh after driving 10+ hours. Host just gave up on us 🤷‍♂️ Plumber came the next day evening and fixed the hot water in bathrooms but kitchen still had issues. Kitchen sink is leaking and they placed a dirty bowl under sink to collect leaking water Beds are very uncomfortable to sleep, master bed had a big slump and we sunk in the middle of the bed. This place was beautiful! The layout of the townhouse and the small details were great! My kids loved the art work on the walls! The only thing I can complain about was the master bedroom mattress. It was very uncomfortable. But that was the only complaint we had. Everything else was great! And the double shower heads and the jet tub were great after a long day of hiking in the mountains. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we are in Utah.

The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is great and its really a nice house. However, what you don’t see is that every bed in the house feels extremely old. The king size bed upstairs sunk down and when you lay on it, you sink to the middle. The sheets were some worn out jersey with fuzz. When we pulled the sheet at end of the stay, there were bugs which we believe to be bed bugs and we contacted the management company. The rest of the beds were not any better. We came in late and upstairs room had a puddle in carpet and sink was overflowing with water. Dirty towels in the sink. Dishwasher didn’t work and they didn’t have sponge to wash dishes. Barely left us any dishwashing soap. They were responsive and came out the next morning to fix the sink and dishwasher. We liked the location and charm of the house but I don’t think I can recommend anyone staying there with the beds the way it is and overall didn’t have a clean feeling.
