We spent 4 days in this apartment, it had all the amenities and it was very clean, the bed was comfortable and there is even a small terrace. It's not far from the hot air balloon take-off site. I recommend.

Lovely stay. Super Clean. Spacious, comfortable, beautiful, relaxing, when it's hot outside its cool inside, everything you need in the kitchen, shower works so good; hot water with lots of pressure. comfortable couches, nice working space, and lovely places outside to eat your meals and relax. Host is super helpful. Best Airbnb for value I've ever stayed in.

Yilmaz and Nio did their best making sure my stay was excellent and exceeded all expectations. By far they had their utmost hospitality I’ve had in Turkey so far. They cooked breakfasts in both mornings for my stay and they made sure I was comfortable with everything. These people are absolute jewels in Avanos: friendly, genuine, and caring. I’m looking forward seeing them again and this time experience ballooning in the area 😃
