Jonathan's place surpassed our expectations and we couldn't have asked for a better spot to experience the total eclipse. It's quiet and peaceful with an incredible view of the mountains. Gorgeous sunrises that I watched from the porch each morning. He had nearly everything we could need stocked and ready: coffee pot/coffee, pots/pans, plenty of dishes/glasses/mugs... The pellet furnace worked great to keep us warm and was very easy to operate. All in all it was a wonderful experience and if I ever find myself back in the area, I'd happily return and bring my dog this time!

We had exceptional vacation at this place. The view of the mountains from the living room and porch was gorgeous. If you are looking for cozy and peaceful place in the middle of the mountains, then this is the right place. There is a lot of stuff you can do especially for hiking, but make sure to shop for groceries before coming, the Nearest general store is 9 minutes away. Jonathan hosting was exceptional, and he answered our questions quick. Thank you Jonathan and definitely will go back again.

It was all my friends first time in Vermont and they were blown away with the view when we woke up in the morning, as was I as a native Vermonter. Plus the pellet stove and rustic cabin vibe, it was just what I was hoping for as an intro to life in VT for my friends

I had a great stay here. It was so quiet and peaceful. My dogs loved playing in the field. You could tell Jonathan tried to accommodate- coffee, sugar, butter, dishes, pans, even a dog toy that my girl enjoyed. He was very responsive. The place was nice and clean and had a GORGEOUS view. My favorite part was the covered porch overlooking the mountains. If you have a clear morning you will get to see the sunrise.
