We had another great month at Mardy’s condo. The location was just right for us. The pool warmed very nice and while we were there heaters were installed into the 2nd pool so one is now heated. Very nice!! Loved our time here!! Mardy was really great to work with for anything that came up.

Pros: - Condo was well stocked - Very clean and comfortable - Awesome kitchen, everything we needed plus tons of counter space - Comfortable bed (very creaky though) - Short walk to the beach and other restaurants - Bathrooms are really nice, lots of linens - Nice sunset view from balcony, it is hidden from the wind so stays pretty warm - Great communication with the host, Mardy Cons: - There is a very loud knocking sound that happens in the walls whenever hot water is used in the unit our surrounding units. It is loud enough that it woke us up from sleep over and over. - If you are unlucky enough to have a loud walker above you, you will hear every step they take. This also woke us up several times. - Only one hot tub is functional, and it doesn't get very hot. We really enjoyed our time here apart from the noise issues. Mardy worked with us to try to solve the issue. However, because of the noises, we would not come back.

We had a really great stay in this condo!! Very happy with the cleanliness and stocked very well for everything we needed to cook meals in the condo. Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed it so much we have already booked to come again next year!! Mardy was great to work with!
