Judy and Steve are just great. We chose to stay here as a short getaway on our anniversary trip. Check in was easy and Judy explained everything very well. We had a great time hiking and biking in the forest, playing ping pong in the game room, sitting by the fire Steve made, and relaxing in the hot tub after the day was over. We would highly recommend giving this wilderness retreat a chance!

The place was just as described. It is super attractive in person. The tranquility was priceless. We enjoyed my Mothers Day getaway from the busy city life and work stressors. We enjoyed gazing at the stars at night, the swaying of the wind from the trees, walking around the trails and the spa. Our little daughter loved petting the horses. The special touches of our fresh farm eggs and complimentary hospitality things received made us feel right at home. Judy and Steve are great hosts. They are warm, friendly and caring. They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. We experienced a storm on our way out. Steve was so thoughtful to come see us out. He led us out to ensure we were safe. That meant a lot to us. The room was very clean and fully stocked with anything you needed away from home. The kitchen was breat taking with all kinds of cooking ware, utensils, spices, etc. Unbelieveable how they didnt miss a beat of providing everything you needed away from home. The spa and the grill were extra icings on the cake. We cant wait to come back.

Judy, Steve and their horses Jessie and Honey are awesome! My kids and I had an amazing time. Judy and Steve lit us a fire both nights, we got to go on a ride on the horses through the national forest, enjoyed the hot tube and the game room. The beds were incredible comfortable which is often an issue for me. It felt like home. Thanks for everything!

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay near the national forest, as I was running the Sasquatch Shuffle 30K trail race. I loved the idea of the “town,” and staying in the Sheriff’s Office was perfect for us! From the moment we arrived, Judy made sure we had everything we needed - she even left us a delicious loaf of banana bread, which I had for breakfast before my race! The hot tub was A GAME CHANGER, and the stars at night were truly big and bright. We loved Oak Arbor!!!

This is an awesome spot! The room was decorated so perfectly and was just comfortable, quiet, and opens up into a large arena with out the front door. The design of this bnb is cool too, as there is a full kitchen, outdoor grill that was really nice, and a hot tub that was just perfect. From the hot tub you can see the stars and just look up for a view you never get in the city. The property backs up to awesome trails that go straight into the national forest. There’s also a fire pit, high speed internet, and tvs with Netflix, Hulu, etc. We will be back monthly to stay here. Judy and her husband were so incredibly kind and made us feel like we were at home. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful spot with a hot tub, incredible scenery, and the kindest people 🙂
