I was very disappointed in this property. Upon arrival we realized we did not have proper amount of towels. I contacted host and he sent someone by the end of the night. We were not provided with any paper towels for the kitchen along with no dish soap and only 2 rolls of toilet paper. For 5 guests I also thought more could have been provided and thought the host could have been more accommodating as those items are pretty standard in my opinion. We also did not have any running water for half of one day. It was terrible timing because we had reservations in town that we missed because we all had to wash up in the amenity outdoor sink on the floor below as this was the only solution from our host. I don’t believe this was a municipal issue as the entire building had water. Only our unit did not. We also were not properly compensated for this. I would NOT recommend staying here. The amenities are outdated. The WiFi is spotty. The bathroom is small. I saw better options. Keep looking.

It was a pleasure staying here. The location is a perfect walking distance into town and the views of the jungle are spectacular. We even found the walk to the beach was very doable in December. A great find and a super responsive host who was a text away from resolving any issues or questions we had.
