We've had an incredible week in this lovely house in Trequanda. The location is very central, lots of little tuscan villages in a 30 min drive or less. We visited Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza, Quirico, Cortona and more.. Not to forget the great restaurants in this little town. Excellent food and wine! We will definitely come back to visit this wonderful region. A week is far too short. William, thanks for your kind welcome and hospitality in your wonderful Tuscan home!

We enjoyed this gem of a stay in Tuscany. We chose this location because it was equidistant from Siena, Montalcino, and Montepulciano. The townhome was a true Tuscan townhome and a cute village with easy access to needed amenities. The views were incredible. Thank you for your hospitality. ☺️

Wir konnten vier wunderschöne Tage in einem sehr liebevoll renovierten Haus und einem sehr schönem Zimmer verbringen. Abendessen auf dem Balkon, den Sonnenuntergang und die Ruhe genießen. Es fehlt an nichts, man kann die Küche und das Wohnzimmer mit nutzen. Die Lage ist optimal um die ersten Ausflüge durch die Toskana zu starten und zu erleben. Manrico war ein toller Gastgeber mit tollen Empfehlungen für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Wein und einem tollen Kaffee am Morgen!

Glorious stay in a beautiful part of Tuscany! Amazing accommodation, spectacular views from the balcony, brilliant location in close proximity to Tuscany gems, including Siena, Val d’Orcia and San Gimignano. Surrounded by olive groves and overlooking the valley, Casa Etruria offers easy reach to multiple vineyards for wine tasting and delicious local food. Plenty of parking space around, impeccably clean and spacious apartment, and very caring hosts! Our only regret - the stay ended too soon.

What an amazing place to stay and explore the beauty of Tuscany. From the moment we arrived our hosts made us feel extremely welcome. From the first impressions of the outside of this beautiful home we knew we were in for a treat when we were went inside. It has been renovated to a very high standard, very spacious and is full of Italian character but with all the modern trims. Absolutely loved sitting out on the balcony looking over the landscape watching the sun sets. Hiring a car is a must to get from the airport at Perugia and to explore all Val d’Orcia has to offer, and there is plenty to explore. In 4 days we only scratched the surface but this is the perfect base to enjoy the local countryside, walk up to the local friendly bar or restaurant (Conti II Matta ) There is also a small shop for all the essentials. We had a full day exploring the surrounding countryside, a day visiting the glorious city of Florence (90 minutes by car), at day in the beautiful Siena (45 minutes by train from the local town of Sinalunga), Our hosts organised a wine tasting experience near Pienza (25 minutes by car). To experience the real Tuscany explore the ‘white roads’ and find many hidden gems such as Podere ll Casale for lunch, visit the dairy farm and witness the most amazing views or visit Site Transitorie near Asciano. Thank you again to our hosts, who went out of their way to organise tours/sightseeing trips for us. This has been a holiday to remember and we will be returning soon.
