A very quiet, private and comfortable stay. There is ample space for 2 people and load of room on the cul-de-sac to park. We walked into Ilkley town for dinner and back which is really straightforward. Based in a lovely area. Woke up to bird song!

We enjoyed a lovely overnight stay in Sarah's apartment. Very cosy! Lots of home comforts and the place is well equipped for short or longer stays. Useful to have a car to get into town.

This was a wonderful place to stay for a short stay to visit Bolton Abbey and the surrounding areas. The annexe is spacious and well equipped, including books and games. You essentially get an extra lounge area with the conservatory, so we enjoyed a couple of glasses of wine in there looking out over the peaceful garden. Sarah is perfectly communicative, providing detailed instructions beforehand and contacting us straight away when she realised we'd left something behind on departure. Would highly recommend.
