South Yarra is a beautiful place, but it can get noisy at night. The accomodation was good and fairly nice, however you’ll have a somewhat uncomfortable bed for long stays. The air conditioner was good. There was weird sound that kept going on in the accomodation, something like a ringing sound, not sure what it was. It didn’t bother me too much but it would have been annoying for others I presume. The amenities such as the hot tub and rooftop balcony were also under maintenance for the last 3 months according to the security guard and is not accessible to public. I was very upset about this as a big reason for booking the accomodation were the extra amenities that were part of the package. You would also have to pick the key up from their office which is a 10 minute walk, and pay 200$ as bond. Overall, I would recommend this place for short stays only.

The apartment was in a very convenient location, close to local shops and restaurants and public transport. A great way to explore the local area. The apartment is easy to get to, and has a secure car park.

I feel the apartment needs work. The blinds, carpets, and sofa were stained/damaged. I reported two issues on arrival. The pictures didn't meet my expectations. the microwave was dirty on the outside - not to be touched. The location is great. Staff are responsive. However, on one occasion, I was stopped by security and had to prove I had keys to the apartment. Issues reported via email prior to departure and post departure via this app. The location was 32-35 Bray Street, South Yarra. Did send pictures to the provider.
