Having stayed at the Marina a number of times before we had high expectations A day before flying we were told rooftop pool out of action and could key handover would - be 3 hours late-we complied . Barbara’s husband did brief handover .we stayed on and were disappointed with overall “tired” appearance and basic amenities-eg 1 knife ,2dinner plates We advised we would not be staying at apartment as -to us-not up to expected standard Barbara stated likely get partial refund for pool but not full and suggested we stay We located another Airbnb apartment of adjacent block -it was excellent as to were the furnishings and amenities We have stayed in many Airbnb properties around the world and know what standards to expect for money paid We have Advised Airbnb but no response as yet

Het appartement is ruim genoeg voor 4 personen. Met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Keuken beschikt over alles wat je nodig hebt en er is een wasmachine. Parkeren is beperkt mogelijk voor de deur of iets verderop voor € 1,00/dag ( als er plek is). Bovenop het complex is een zwembad met ligbedden. Heerlijk als het mooi weer is! De exacte locatie was even zoeken bij aankomst omdat wij niet wisten welke portal en huisnummer het was. Dit staat nergens beschreven. Maar na een bericht naar Barbara werd hier snel op gereageerd. Ondanks dat wij vroeg waren konden wij de koffer alvast achterlaten in het appartement. Naast het appartement is aan een kant het strand van Benalmáldena en om de hoek genoeg leuke winkels en restaurants. Barbara reageerde snel op onze vragen via berichten. Wij hebben haar niet ontmoet zelf. Een man heeft ons binnen gelaten en het appartement rondgeleid.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, a great size, bathrooms clean and a great size. Loved the balconies and the rooftop pool. There were a couple of let downs but just small things that didn’t affect our stay and could be easily rectified. However this shouldn’t distract from how great the apartment is, there are many restaurants and bars on the doorstep, along with activities very close by. I would definitely look to stay again if I was looking to visit.

Fabulous location between the port shops, restaurants and beach. Large apartment with one double and two single bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very well equipped.
