Comfortable and clean, located at the scenery and alive neighbourhood of st. Pavlos church, the apartment has an easy and quick access to the center of Thessaloniki, (only 15-20 min. walk away). The old walls of the city at your right hand, and the “Passas gardens” hill, a restful green area just beyond the apartment, unfold in harmony connecting the past with the present times and lead throw a grafical path to Agiou Dimitriou street, from where all the main spots are close by!! A just renovated and cauzy apartment at the first floor,(only 15 steps from the entrance of the building),that can host up to 4 visitors. Around 50 square meters are available concluding a bedroom for two persons, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen together with a living room that has a sofa bed and can also be used as another bedroom. You can drink your coffee at the balcony and enjoy the spectacular view of the city, the sea and mt.Olympus at the background, in a clear day!!

Kleanthis war sehr nett und die Wohnung sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft hat einen schönen sonnigen Balkon, von dem aus man einen tollen Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer hat.

Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie im Inserat beschrieben: Mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht, Stadtzentrum in 10 - 15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Das Schlafzimmer liegt nach hinten raus und ist ruhig. Wir konnten nach Rückfrage sogar problemlos früher Einchecken. Kommunikation super, Die Einrichtung gemütlich mit allem, was nötig ist. Wir hatten gern nochmal übernachtet, es war aber bereits verbucht. Gerne wieder das nächste Mal!

Κλεάνθης is very reactive and super easy to communicate with. The apartment is in a great location, with a beautiful view from the balcony, the best in thessaloniki for sure, many restaurants close, as well as a lot of monuments and great places to visit (city center is 20min away on foot). The apartment was extremely clean, provided with coffee, tea, all the essentials. overall a gem of a place.

Her şey anlatıldığı gibiydi. Manzarası çok güzeldi. Etrafında manzaraya karşı oturabileceğiniz bir çok mekan mevcut. Yürümeyi sevenler için merkeze yürüme tercih edilebilir. Etrafında ücretsiz park alanları mevcut ancak bazen boş park yeri bulmak ufak sorun olabiliyor. Ev fazlasıyla temiz ve kullanışlı.

You can reach the apartment if you come from the airport either with a taxi, or with the bus 1X that takes you to the center of the city,(Kamara bus stop) and then you can take bus 24 which will take you right across Dodonis street, at st.Pavlos bus stop.
If you have a car, you will take the exit of Agios Pavlos on the ringroad and then after about 1,5 km you will reach st.Paul’s neighbourhood. You know you are in the right place when you see the church of st.Paul on your left hand, while the apartment is on Dodonis street, (3), on your right hand.
From there if you want to visit downtown Thessaloniki, you can can take either the bus 24 or 50 that takes you down town in a few minutes. The bus stop is about a 100m far from the apartment when you go downtown and just across it on the way back.
You can also take a taxi if you are in a need for a quick drive anywhere arrount.
My suggestion though is to take the path by the city walls straight down and enjoy the grafical and scenery view to the center of the town, which is only about 15-20 minutes walk downhill.
Finally, if you have a car you have a fast and easy access to the ring road of Thessaloniki, from where you can visit other destinations like Halkidiki with the beautiful,scenery beaches and crystal, clear waters, or the mythical Mt Olympus on the other side for a great hiking experience.
