Nice place to spend a few days on the beach! Reasonably comfortable space - not very modern or anything but definitely did the job for what we were looking for. The balcony overlooking the beach was lovely and you are so close to the shore front. Mariola at check in was absolutely lovely. She really makes you feel welcome. No wifi provided in the off season, which we weren’t aware of, but can be added for an additional (but not expensive) cost. But I do wish we knew this beforehand. Agustín was able to turn it on within 5 minutes of him reading the message from us about the wifi. The oven is also broken, which was a shame. All in all though, it was definitely nice for what we were after and the location is really good for both the the beautiful lake and the beach.

El alojamiento está muy bien equipado, muy bien cuidado y con electrodomésticos nuevos. El colchón está muy bien también. Se encuentra en primera línea de playa y cuenta con estacionamiento en las instalaciones. Si van fuera de temporada tienen un supermercado a 10 min caminando.

The location of the apartment is great with a sea view from the bright terrace balcony. Although we didn’t meet with Agustin, he always responded quickly if we had any questions or problems since the beginning of our enquiry. He arranged us to meet with a lovely lady, Mariola on “Check in “ day … and everything went smoothly. She made us (including our dog) very welcome… I have to be honest and fair, although the bathroom looked like it had recently been renovated to a high standard and is in great condition, the rest of the apartment, although clean, is in need being refurbished, especially the kitchen, to match the bathroom standard. However the kitchen still functions well and the location of the apartment and the lovely view is unbeatable. In summary, we really had a great time staying in Agustin’s apartment. The communication with the host was good. The location of the apartment is very good, right next to the lovely long beach of La Manga with great view from the apartment’s balcony where we had our breakfast. There is also a few lovely restaurants, not far from the apartment, right on the beach with one of them being recommended by Agustin. A supermarket is just across the road. Overall, Agustin’s apartment is 4 out of 5 star… It will be easy to get all 5 stars once the kitchen has been renovated and the rest of the apartment refreshed to match the bathroom. We would love to get back there again in the near future. Thank you Agustin to let us staying at your wonderful apartment.
