Wonderful host family! Cooked a 6 course homemade meal for all of us one night that was exceptional! Centrally located! Would have loved to use the pool but we will have to come back in the summer time!

This is a fantastic place with amazing hospitality. Patrizia is so welcoming and helpful - we were delayed and arrived very late, she was very accommodating and put us at ease. Throughout our stay we were given complete privacy as well as lovely gestures of food and drinks which were delicious! The house was equipped with everything we needed for our family of five. We loved cooking in the large kitchen. His is a great base from which to explore Tuscany - a car is essential and enables easy day trips to Florence, Pisa, Siena, Volterra and San Gimignano centre is just a few minutes away. Highly recommended.

Our week staying in this villa could not have been more perfect. The villa is MUCH more beautiful in person than in the photos. The view from the pool is spectacular. Sunrise and sunsets here were something special. Patrizia was the most kind and warm host. She was always quick to reply to messages, and popped in a number of times throughout the week with home-made or bought snacks for us to enjoy. She was relaxed and kind, which made for a much more enjoyable experience than some hosts who are extremely strict. The house was so well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. We cooked a number of large group meals for 15 people and always had enough cooking space, utensils, plates, glasses, etc. We also really appreciated having 3 fridges throughout the house to store our groceries (and another bar fridge near the pool). The outdoor undercover seating area was the perfect place to share group meals. The pool area was AMAZING with sun beds and an umbrella, meaning we could sit out there all day long and not get too hot. Honestly we had the best week ever here, and hope to come back! Could not recommend more highly! One thing to note is that it was pretty much impossible to get taxis, so would recommend hiring a car/cars if you're going to stay here and want to be very active with exploring. We walked to Collina Dei Venti winery which was 10 mins down the road for a wine tour which was stunning, but there are no grocery stores etc. within walking distance.
