Entertainment includes board games, foosball, several yard games, light up disco ball/Bluetooth speaker, large DVD collection, Roku TVs in multiple rooms, and a hot tub. ★ 3 Bedroom Home Details ★ -You will have everything you need for cooking your meals in the fully equipped kitchen complete with a copper sink, full size refrigerator, oven, built in microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, blender, griddle, turkey roasting pan, an excessive amount of silverware, and so much more! There are 16 coordinating floral dishes, and there are also plastic dishes and cups for the little ones. -The dining room has a long table with 16 chairs around it, so everyone can dine and play board games together. -Relax in the living room, and put your feet up on the reclining loveseat. Extra sleeping arrangements are on the pull out couch (please let us know if you want it set up ahead of time as there is a trick to it), 2 chairs, 50” Roku TV, and DVD player. -Two bedrooms have queen beds, Roku TVs, and vanity desks. One bedroom offers a full daybed with a full mattress underneath that can be pulled out for additional sleeping arrangements. This room sleeps 4. The dining room has two futons, and the living room has a small futon. 5 twin floor mattress pads are located in closets and under the window seat, and can be spread-out throughout the houses. With these, there are a total of 16 beds between the two homes so everyone can have their own bed if needed. Extra blankets, pillows, bath towels and beach towels are stocked to the nines! -There is a full size washer and dryer. -The bathroom has a full size tub and shower combo. Essentials such as shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, tooth brushes, sunscreen, etc. are included. ★ 2 Bedroom Home Details ★ You will enjoy the extra prep cooking space or making your morning coffee in the additional kitchenette. There is a full size refrigerator, sink, electric burner, electric skillet, electric grill, griddle, and microwave that also has settings to become a small oven and air fryer, and a coffee pot. Even though this space does not have an oven, we have provided multiple alternative methods to cook your meals. (The 3 bedroom home has a full size oven.) -Play board games or dine around the large kitchen island that seats 7. A high chair is available in the closet. One bedroom has a king bed with a Tempur Pedic Mattress, a portable crib, and a Roku TV. One bedroom sleeps 3 with a queen size bed and a twin daybed. There is a large vent in this room that is open to the living room so the heating and air conditioning can pass through. The living room offers a twin daybed and trundle bed that sleeps 2. Roku TV and electric fireplace to make the space warm and cozy. The bathroom includes a standing shower, plenty of towels and many essentials in case you forget any toiletries. There is a washing machine and dryer in the restroom. ★ Outdoor Amenities ★ -The showcase of the property is the backyard! This paradise is a great place to gather together and play yard games! Envision your group playing cornhole, giant jenga, horseshoes, lawn darts, and yard Yahtzee! Your group will be fully entertained, and laughter will fill the air! -Relax in the Hot Tub. The string lights on the fence will give you that magical feeling while giving you a spa experience. -Want to have an outdoor lunch while enjoying the fresh air?! The 4 patio tables and 16 chairs will seat everyone comfortably for outdoor dining. -Utilize the large lot just past the house for RV parking, Uhauls, large trailers and additional parking. There is also room for 6 cars in the driveway. (Please do not park in the street) The neighborhood is peaceful, and there are security cameras pointed at our driveway and front entrance to give our guests' further peace of mind.
