Great host. The weekend was effortless. Ashley was extremely responsive and gave a thorough overview prior to arrival. I recommend this property!

This definitely was the worst experience I have ever had with Airbnb. I paid over 1k per night including all the fees for this property. Walls were dirty rugs broken and dirty all the beds were so uncomfortable especially in the master we couldn’t sleep sheets were such bad quality and pillows everything. They bought new towels but were not washed in the kitchen there was no cups only mugs all plates were different and looked dirty. Most of the doors from the rooms would not close. The pool table was so dirty with a huge stain in the island there was only one chair. When we went to check in the cleaners were still there and nothing seemed cleaned the outside patio was dirty also the barbecue it was definitely not worth the price and really ruined my stay in Atlanta. This house needs to be remodeled fixed and needs better furniture and supplies I would not recommend do not rent this property it is not in condition to be rented and not for this price.

15 men in their thirties gathered here on March 1st, 2024 to celebrate the betrothal of our dear friend. Two nights of merriment, laughter, games, stories, roasts, and toasts forged new friendships and strengthened old ones. The wonderful accommodations set the perfect background to what the groom called "the best weekend of my life [so far]." This was such a good deal that I honestly thought it was a scam at first, but Ashley was amazing getting every question I had answered professionally. I would highly recommend to any large group looking for a place with sufficient arrangements at a great value.
