I booked a stay with this property because the other Airbnb had closed drained pealing Sheetrock peeling on top of the dining room table. So I booked this property because it said if you cancel before 3pm there is no cancelation fee. The Airbnb supervisor transferred us to another place without additional cost. When I canceled Clarisa just minutes after I booked it at 10 am she charged me a cancellation fee I don’t believe it was legal to charged based on her cancellation clause on her listing

Larrisa’s place was very comfortable and centrally located. Loved that there was offstreet parking and it was warm and cozy.
