Johns place is incredible. We felt like we were right in the trees, and it’s so close to hiking! Also fully stocked kitchen and a beautiful and unique design.

Third time’s the charm! We love coming back to Haven and experiencing it in person is so much better than merely seeing the photos. Haven is clearly a state of mind as well as the best place to stay in Idyllwild and is one of the finest AirBnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. John and April are fantastic hosts and are very communicative. On our next Idyllwild vacation, we will be staying at Haven.

Our stay at Haven was just magic. To start with John and April were super helpful with all my questions and they went out of their way to assist me with all of them, which they didn't even need to do but was very much appreciated. The house is stunning, cosy, relaxing an peaceful. The back yard area with the hot tub and spring is just incredible and we loved to chill out there with a coffee in the morning and take a dip in the hot tub. The place is organised so well they have everything smartly labeled and the place is spotless - well worth the cleaning fee, which usually most people think is high, but this is clearly worth it. We cooked our own food every day and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The fireplace was awesome and cosy and beautiful to relax to with the sonos speakers playing some chilled music. And finally, the views from the front room and bedroom are to die for. Thanks for hosting us John and April, we will for sure be back again

Gorgeous house and location. Photos in the listing precisely reflect what you will find. John proactively communicated with us with weather updates and road conditions. Everything in the kitchen is labeled so it’s easy to find what you need. Definitely a great stay.
