Overall, good stay at Living Hotels. The location is definitely the best part of this air bnb! A short 8-10 min walk to old town, loved being near everything and easy to navigate to and from. There is an awesome Vietnamese restaurant right outside the hotel, as well as a starbucks, the market, and 2 amazing health food / smoothie cafes within’ 5 min walk! Wish my room could have been cleaned more than once a week and the staff were not too friendly. Found many of them dis- interested to say hello at times, but others were nice.

The hotel is very centrally located, which is great if that's what you want, but I found it too touristy. My main concern was that I wanted to make meals and the kitchen was only barely functional. When I arrived, there was nothing in the kitchen at all and I had to ask about 4-5 times, for various basic things (cutlery, plates, a pan) to be brought up. There was only a minibar fridge that was not really working, so eventually the hotel staff brought another fridge. So there were eventually responsive, I suppose, but not terribly nice while doing so. The kitchen is covered with a board that folds down, making it hard to reach the sink. The cooking plate only had one setting - super hot - so that everything burned quickly. In the end, I managed, but I don't think this should be advertised as a small apartment with a kitchen.
