The Executive Luxury Villa with Private Pool at Faliraki, is 100 m2 and situated on Faliraki Hill overlooking the blue Aegean Sea. Featuring a balcony with pool views, an outdoor swimming pool, BBQ area , free wi-fi, the villa can be found in Faliraki, close to Faliraki Beach and 4 km from Anthony Quinn Bay. The Vila is part of Venezia Resort Hotel. What makes the villa stand out are the luxurious amenities and the heavenly location on Faliraki Hill overlooking the blue Aegean Sea. Every sunrise brings a special meaning when the landscape is illuminated by the sunbeams and the crystal clear Rhodian sky is visible from the window of the cool room. Once it is time for relaxation, they can make use of their private pool or whirlpool (is not heated) as they prepare for the nightlife in Faliraki and the rest of Rhodes. The Executive Luxury Villa Private Pool combines the luxury and privacy of a fully autonomous apartment with the benefits of an organized hotel unit. The guests can also access the facilities of Venezia Resort Hotel and be immediately served by its staff for every need!

Worth the money
Ontzettend mooie Villa en vriendelijk personeel bij het Venezia resort hotel ( waar de villa bij hoort ) 24/7 bereikbaar dus toen we in de nacht een klein probleem hadden konden we gelukkig ook naar het hotel en is dit netjes opgelost. Het huis is fantastisch en je kunt hier helemaal tot rust komen. Om echt in Faliraki te komen zou ik een taxi wel aanraden omdat dit wel een stukje lopen is, zeker terug omhoog. Maar ook hiervoor geldt dat er vanaf het hotel (200m van de villa) een gratis pendelbus gaat en je buiten de tijden hiervan een taxi kan laten komen. Taxichauffeurs weten overigens gelijk de villa te vinden en hier hoef je geen verdere uitleg over te geven ideaal! Al met al een super vakantie gehad. ( tip voor Seva : Een aantal meer borden en glazen. Op dit moment zijn er van elk precies 6 maar hierdoor moet je deze wel vaak afwassen.
Fantastic airb&b it was exactly how it looks on the pictures (actually looks a lot bigger in person which is great), the pool was fab and the host was lovely. Would deffo return. The only thing I would say was slightly annoying was the lack of cleaning products, kitchen utensils and cookware etc. I think this is an easy thing to improve so overall it was a great stay but we did have to request additional cleaning products and purchase a broom etc.
Excellent Villa & looked exactly like the pictures! Pool & outdoor space was amazing, would definitely stay again.

The area of Faliraki where the villa is located combines everything; accessibility to the center of Faliraki, the beach which runs along its entire length and close proximity to the Faliraki Beach , Ladiko Bay , Antony Quin Bay, Traounou Beach, Kalithea Therme. The distance from the nearest cafes, bars, taverns, supermarkets is approximately 1,5km.
