Wow! It started with the deposit that should’ve been made clear and not hidden. When I tried to get it rectified no one was helpful. When I arrived I instantly noticed the huge holes in the bathroom door. As I went on I noticed the shower curtain had nasty stains at the bottom of it. The balcony was horrid so I couldn’t sit out there. The broken blinds and dusty blinds were horrible and there was something that spilled under the sink that looks like it’s been there drying up for months. The customer service was the worst part. The were rude and combative and did not attempt to offer a solution. Also there was a couple times I couldn’t even access the unit. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with Airbnb and I certainly will never ever stay anywhere that includes this particular host

I was referred to this Airbnb by a friend and it was just as they said, very nice. RBA was responsive, great space, peaceful. There is traffic that starts early morning that wakes you, but it wasn't too bad. I did have an issue with getting inside the 2nd day, I went out for coffee and the door wouldn't connect to the App, I was standing right in front of the door and it wouldn't connect to open through the app. I was working remotely and ended up late for work. RBA responded however, by that time I had gotten in 1/2 hour later. I was charged a refundable $150.00 fee for a Fob/Extra Key that I never received, I don't think that was fair, especially since I was locked out for work. They assured me I will be refunded in 3-5 days. I would recommend this place and definitely stay again, hopefully without the refundable fee for a Fob/key, that's not provided.
