Charlie's place was great, and he was a fantastic host. I stayed there for a month and thoroughly enjoyed it. The only issue I had when I was there was a slight smell from the kitchen sink. I informed Charlie and he came the next day to fix it. I stayed there alone, but I think you would be fine to have 3 people stay comfortably. The apartment is on a busy street, but it's on a high floor so the noise from the traffic isn't really noticable. Fitmania nearby has a great deal if you need a more comprehensive gym--NTD 100 per session with no time limit.

There was practically nothing we disliked about Charlie’s place. It was conveniently located in a clean, more quiet neighborhood that had plenty to do—grocery, gyms (fitmania was the best), all types of food options, a great night market that turned into a morning market as well; walking distance to 101, zhongshan park, xinyi shopping district, MTR and bus stations. The building was modern and renovated, with good management. The apartment was very well stocked, it had more than we needed for a month. We loved the view and natural lights, and it was a delight seeing the 101 lights changing colors every night and the mountains appearing in the morning mist. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, plus the blackout curtains against the city lights. Plenty of lighting options for ambiance and spacious shower and tub for relaxation. Charlie was very helpful and friendly, went through everything there was to know with us and made sure we felt at home.

AMAZING view, very well-appointed apartment, I could not have been more comfortable here. Charlie was always super responsive with anything I needed. Loved the neighborhood, you could live here a year and not discover everything within a 10-minute walk.

I always feel very much at home at Charlie’s place - spacious, relaxed, with a great view of 101 and the mountains. He has a background in hospitality, I believe, so the apartment is fully stocked with every conceivable cleaning, laundry, and general home-care supply. A couple of problems (plumbing, internet) crept up while I was there - neither of them were Charlie’s fault. I was impressed with how quickly he got the matters resolved. Recommended.
