"Entire home" and "cul-de-sac" are not good descriptions for this listing. This is a duplex on a street that connects 2 main streets, albeit with a half circle next to it. There were some good and not so great. Good: -Easy check-in & check-out -Good communication -Well furnished -Good wifi -Kitchen was fairly well stocked Not great: -Comforters were ripped/stained -Dishwasher rack was missing a wheel, causing it to drop when pulled out. -The remodel of this duplex lacked some attention to detail, such as missing outlet face plate screws, missing face plate on washer outlet, random marks on walls (stairs/upstairs), crooked medicine cabinet doors, etc. -Upstairs hallway floor was uneven & weak under the carpet -Vents were covered in dust -One bedroom had a large zebra skin that wasn't pictured on listing (same wall on listing has a nice frame), which my children found scary so they shared the other room -Master bed had 2x4s wedged under it for support -Shower curtains didn't fit well

Brian's place was immaculate. it was located in a quiet neighborhood, not to far Grapevine Mills mall and other attractions. it was easy to find, very clean, comfy beds, and had all the ammenties we needed. Brian was very responsive and hospitable. We would book again in the future.

Brian’s listing was just perfect and was icing on the cake for our 2024 Solar Eclipse trip! Check in was easy, the house was in immaculate shape and the king bed was heavenly and so comfortable. Thank you for a great stay for our little family!

This was perfect for Easter weekend and what our family needed. Will stay here again if it is available. Quiet and peaceful.
