The house was beautiful. Nice and cozy. For a family of 6, we have 4 daughters, there was plenty of space and indoor activities. We enjoyed the cleanliness and recommendations. Clear and easy chick in and out. 😁

We had a pleasant stay at Laura's home in December. The view of the river is awesome! Wish it was warmer so we could have taken advantage of the screened in porch. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed and more. House was very clean and beds were comfortable. Laura and Alex were extremely responsive to any questions we had.

Our family enjoyed a 5 day stay at Laura's beautiful home. The house was in an amazing location, within a few minutes drive to downtown Bellevue. We loved hiking in Bellevue State Park. Also, nearby Maquoketa State Park (about 30 min away) was amazing to see. We knew the caves would be closed due to bat hibernation, per their website, but the park and trails were incredible! Laura's house was so comfortable, allowing our family to spread out and relax. Even though it was chilly (November), we enjoyed our morning coffee on the screened in porch, watching barges pass on the Mississippi River in front of us. The bedrooms were very spacious! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The downstairs area with comfy couches, tv, foosball, and bathroom, were an added bonus. We were able to grill out when we wanted to and enjoyed camp fires using their fire pit and taking in the Eastern Iowa stars (a novelty for us city dwellers). Thanks Laura for a wonderful stay!

This place exceeded my expectations! It was so clean!! We appreciated the coffee and other items that were provided. Lots of towels, shampoo, etc. were provided. So grateful for that! The scenery was so beautiful!!
