We were staying at the apartment for the SailGP race weekend. The crew was super happy with the house and for us it was perfect!

An enjoyable experience at the villa. It is a short drive to the beach and wineries, and a 10 min drive to town, though can be longer with frequent traffic jams. Wonderful bakery nearby. The house has a lot of bedrooms, a large pool, and lovely indoor/outdoor dining space which was perfect for a large group. The kitchen is a bit shabby and in need of renovation (not pictured in the listing). They did not supply hardly any cleaning supplies (dish soap, trash can liners, laundry soap, etc). Overall however a nice experience, especially with a very low price per bedroom for the area.

Property in need of a lot of maintenance and refurbishment. Unclean in some areas with red bacteria present on floors of multiple bathrooms. Oven unclean. Broken iron and ironing board. Only two rooms have AC and others will remain very hot all day and night with just the fans provided. Lights are dim with low lumens, cheap would be the polite way to describe it, and the lamps on the photos do not work as there is no place to plug them in across the house. Wardrobes are dirty, old and in need of complete renewal. A lot of spider webs and bugs inside the house including across the beds. The host will not provide toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, washing machine powder/liquid and definitely only provides one towel per person for the entire stay. No swimming towels to lay over the dirty sunbeds. The host only responds when you need to check in or out and wont respond if you ask them to fix or assist with any of the issues. Terrible property manager. Much nicer places to stay for less.
