Will's place is fantastic! Loved staying there and I look forward to returning. The place was neat and cozy, perfect for 1 person, and had everything I needed. It was also close to shops (a few minutes drive away) but far away enough to be private and quiet. Everything was as described and Will was very responsive and proactive in making sure I had everything I needed. I can't recommend this place enough!

Granny flat has a combined bedroom/lounge with very comfy bed, wardrobe, reclining chair, tv, air con plus ceiling fan. Struggled to watch tv comfortably without neck ache as it is high up above the door but i am 75 so probably an age thing. Separate dining kitchen with appliances, basic kitchen utensils plus crockery/cutlery. Very nice bathroom off this with shower cubicle and washing machine, a real boon. Think the flat ideally suited for a single person. Owners very friendly and accommodating, providing breakfast items on arrival and the kitchen had cooking oil, condiments, foil etc. Berwick Street is very busy and I thought the traffic noise would keep me awake but it didn't although I did find the air con unit a little noisy. Good location if you do not have a car as 15min walk to restaurants, shops and Woolworths although a bit far for carrying shopping but they deliver. A few mins walk to 72/75 bus heading into Perth. A little further to walk to catch frequent 910 bus.

William's place was an excellent find! I booked this place very last minute and the hosts were extremely accommodating and kept checking in to make sure everything was okay. They really have thought of everything in terms of amenities and their to detail was much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again!

I loved my stay at WilliamMelior's place! The unit is perfectly located, very cosy, comfortable and very clean and the hosts were so kind and generous, providing food supplies as my arrival was later on a Sunday afternoon. William was very kind in explaining the public transport options and walk options to and from the Optus stadium, and even gave me a much appreciated lift instead of me walking there in soaring temperatures nearing 40 degrees C. I also enjoyed some delicious, juicy lemons from the garden! A great stay in a great place, close to public transport options to the city, Freemantle, other beaches and locations. I will be back!
