great place to stay with large grup for atv riding. lots of things to do in the house like pool games bbq area with Bluetooth speaker's great front porch to calm mind and living room to blast good party when done with riding. washer dryer is a plus and big plus is garage. over all 5 star

This was a perfect spot for a larger group. Loved that we could ride to the beginning of the Buffalo Mountain trails. It was nice to have the garage for securing the bikes. We were a little concerned by the blight as we drove up the street but no security concerns and the house was comfortable and cute.
