I booked this place hoping for a quiet room for my family while we were visiting Denison for a family wedding. Unfortunately, we were not made aware that there was a big town event going on in front of the motel that night and the next day. The event would have made it difficult for us to go to bed early with little ones and leave when needed the next day for the wedding. The host was very helpful in responding to us, apologized for the confusion, and allowed us to cancel our stay. The room was clean and looked as expected. If you are sensitive or allergic to scented products (as one of my kids is), this may not be the place for you- they had a scented plug in installed in the room that was very strong.

Nice and clean, reasonably close to the lake - no actual check in but just a code for getting into your room made it easy
