Overall, the house was excellent - great location and views, absolutely clean and the caretaker was very nice…we enjoyed what we could use, immensely. What we did not like is that the hot tub outside was broken. Though the hot tub is prominently advertised in the listing, the caretaker never told us PRIOR to when we arrived that it would not be available for use and after we discussed the matter with her, she indicated that the rental price would be adjusted downward. Unfortunately, we only received a refund of $200, which represented less than 4% of what we paid for our 9 night stay…of course people can differ in their opinions, we believe the hot tub represents far more than just 4% of the overall rental experience and that a refund of at 10% would have been far more reflective of the value we never received…and that’s too bad… We certainly recommend this house as a rental. But, a word to the wise…just make sure everything promised will be available before you pay.

Allez y les yeux fermés Bel Accueil Villa agréable literie au top et une vue splendide sur l anse des flamands . Je recommande vivement et y retournerai avec grand plaisir
