We enjoyed our stay at Murphy's. It is as advertised.... Very secluded, off-the-grid. The driving and check-in instructions were very helpful as there is no phone or internet access out there, but even coming in at night we found our way and got into the cabin with no problems. A really nice spot to engage with nature, enjoy some time around the firepit, and reconnnect with friends and family. The place was clean and orderly, and we were pleasantly surprised to see a kitchen stocked with plenty of staples (though you should definitely bring in whatever you think you'll need, as you're a long way from a grocery store! We would definitely come back again!

Great place- very clean. Very responsive host and lovely home in a beautiful setting. A little difficult to find in dark but we found it and thoroughly enjoyed our weekend! Would definitely recommend.

Musty smell throughout the house. Stale and musty linens. Mold on the walls in living room area-a. Dirty/stained linens on basement bed and master bed. Stale and musty linens in the loft. Some sort of biting insects

Awesome cabin, well tucked away from the valley and is much bigger in person than the photos show.

Very communicative and a nice place. Tricky to find in the dark if you’re unfamiliar with the area, but a great spot with no interruptions.
