The most horrific experience I’ve ever encountered on Airbnb. From outside we could tell the floor was dirty as you can visibly see the mop lines associated with a dirty floor, brought it to her notice since she was there to check us in but she did nothing about it. We waited for 2 hours downstairs as she was busy upstairs trying to make the bed which she obviously does not know how, had to ask my helper to assist her. The fridge was full of left over food. The deal breaker was when we found broken bottles particles all over, even if we decide to do the cleaning ourselves, there was no cleaning products. I had to move my family to an hotel same night as I wouldn’t risk a toddler in such a place. Pat has no business being a host, she’s not cut out for it, all she’s interested in is the money not her guest comfort. I find her attitude completely appalling and disgraceful as a host. Generally her place is not worth half the price.

Pat’s place is definitely somewhere to come back to time and again, as much as needed. The location is prime. The complex is nice & quiet. The unit itself is beautifully decorated & well equipped for our stay. Pat as a host of as very helpful & quick to reach. If you looking to book, I recommend it.

We had a wonderful family time in this house. The location is good, very close to a shopping complex and in a very secured and safe complex. We would definitely come again.
