Everything was there that we needed. James had basic seasonings, oil, coffee available as well as dish soap, shampoo, a few extra laundry detergent pods in case of accidents. Layout worked well for our two families to get together. He has the basement setup for a kids playroom/game room and our kids loved playing down there on the colder days we were there.

Poor James had a leak in the basement caused by the previous renters, but he let me know asap about it, had it cleaned up before we were set to check-in, and it was in the basement which was not a space we really needed anyway. The house is lovely, parking was great and the location was ideal for activities at the zoo and aquarium, downtown, the casinos, shopping, and highway access was phenomenal. It is adjacent to downtown, so it's definitely more urban than suburban, but the neighborhood is clean and I was never worried about safety. The living room is a bit smaller than it looks, but certainly fit our four adults, two teenagers, and two babies comfortably. The beds were firm but comfortable as well, and there were nice pillows that were still fluffy. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Thanks for a great experience James!

The Bancroft Belle was the perfect place to stay with our family while in Omaha for a wedding. We didn’t have a chance to go to the zoo this trip, but appreciated that we could have walked there if we had the time. Convenient location—very easy to get to the Old Market area, Downtown, Midtown, Blackstone District, and the airport. James is also a very friendly and responsive host.
