Es muy buena ubicación, el lugar es amplio y confortable, sólo tuve algunos problemas con la limpieza y las suministraos ( papel higiénico, toallas , jabón de trastes ) , pero se resolvieron a la brevedad . Siempre respondieron a mis mensajes.

My review is based on experience with staying in many airnbs and hosting my own. The home is beautiful like the pictures, the issues in general are multiple from poor communication and management to possible safety issues to being cheap. For the price of $500. Which is the highest in kino more was expected. No message was received on how to check in and we waited for an hour for somone to let us in. In the down stairs bedroom the sheets were dirty. Two chairs were broken. If we didn't notice someone may of hurt themselves. The pool filter is loose and several guests and almost fell. Finally the owners are tight with the essentials. Half toilet paper roles in the restroom, 1 towel per restroom. The worse was one trash bag was provided. I even text the manager: Is only one trash bag provided? She simply said "yes!" She could of stated let me bring you some. Or the owners could of put in the airmb site: "Just one trash bag provided" UNBELIEVABLE!

Nuestra estancia fue excelente, la casa es tal como se describe en las fotos. Excelente ubicación, la zona de playa esta muy limpia y la alberca con caldera fue un plus para los niños. La comunicación con el personal encargado fue la mejor, siempre estuvieron pendientes de cualquier imprevisto durante nuestra visita y nos ayudaron rápidamente. Totalmente recomendado esta casa, nos volveríamos a hospedar.
