Description of property did not explain that you will be sharing the house with members of the general public & only 1 bathroom for up to 11 guests. We cancelled upon arrival once we found this out & requested a refund of 1 night (we had booked for 2 nights) but was refused by Peter (host) who told me "never going to happen & never message me again." I reported this property & Peter to AIRBNB, for a few reasons: 1) accuracy on the description 2) Peter told me to pay an extra $150 in cash when checking in because AIRBNB's rates where not correct when we booked. 3) rude messages after we requested cancellation & requested some of our money back in the cancellation period. AIRBNB investigated - they refunded our money & listed Peter as a 1st warning for misrepresenting and asking for funds outside of the booking. Not abiding by AIRBNB policy agreement.

The host are very warm and friendly and easy to get alone with. And it's in a great location just a few mins away from the centre. We pretty enjoyed our time here, especially it has a lot of nice rooms that basically each of us can have one. One thing we find a little bit inconvenient is the location of the bathroom. We have to go through the owner's private area if the bathroom is in using. Overall, we quite enjoy our time here.

We really enjoyed our stay there location is very convenient and house is very good and very well decorated. Special thing is the hospitality of Peter and Chris they are very friendly. Overall it was a very good experience staying there.
