Welcome to Heron's Rest located on the water in Bemus Point. Every bedroom has lake views. Whether you are in the front yard or the back you are looking at water. Private dock. Bemus Point (downtown) is walking distance (1 mile) to restaurants, antique shops, playground, golf course, etc. Visit Peek n Peak, 25 minutes from our home where you can use the adventure park (zip lines, ropes course), spa, downhill ski or tube. Highest speed WIFI available - 70Mbps download speed. LAKEFRONT (not lake view/not canal). Renovated lakefront home with 4 bedrooms featuring: King-1st floor, Queen-1st floor, 2 singles-upstairs, Double-upstairs. ALL bedrooms have a view of the lake. Renovated full bath first floor. 1/2 bath 2nd floor. First floor layout: game room with checker/chess table, books and games galore for both kids and adults provided. Eat in kitchen with island, bar height table and extra seats at the counter top. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need for the week. 2 closet pantries. One large open living room with dining area overlooking lake. Two smart TV's to connect to your Netflix, Prime or Hulu accounts. Private Dock for your boat or jet ski. Covered lakefront patio. Weber grill. A few bikes, life vests (assorted sizes), brand new paddle boat (2023)and 3 kayaks provided. 2 car attached garage (1 car will fit within garage) and two parking spots next to lattice area where watercraft located. Room for a trailer in the yard or on service road. WIFI highest speed available through spectrum. Location is bottom of a quiet cul-de-sac. Enjoy the whole home. I have great neighbors. I share a circle drive, so please park on parking pad by lattice, in attached garage (if available) or on my grass. Please leave the circle drive open. Also, please keep chairs, games on my lawn areas. There is quite a bit of lawn area in front and behind my home. For easy reference, if you stay on the grass that would be directly behind my home that would be great. Area attractions: Southern Tier Brewery and Distilling Company Hiking @ Long Point State Park Panama Rocks Chautauqua Institute **Please note that our dock is seasonal and does not get put in until middle of May and then comes out middle of October** If booking in April we will not have our dock in the water. ALSO March & April bookings our outdoor patio furniture is not set up until early May. The solo fire pit and chairs can be used as well as picnic table - the sectional and cushions are not set up until May bookings.

Kirstan was an excellent host to a beautiful property. We had a wonderful stay at a reasonable rate. The view from the yard is so beautiful. Tons of wildlife and a nice patio to watch from. The town was quaint and we found some fun things to do nearby with more popular destinations only about an hour and a half away. The house was exactly as pictured/listed. Very clean and plenty of space for an entire family. Communication sealed the deal…she was great and right on point at every turn. She answered questions, gave recommendations and was within reach if we needed anything. We definitely plan to try and make a return trip during more prime season where we can utilize the lake! 10/10 recommend.
The house was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and comfortable! You have thought of everything. So accommodating. Great access to the lake. We did Kayak even though it was a bit chilly. It was a wonderful girls weekend!! The other girls feel the same way I do. I think someone said wow she has thought of everything! Thank you for a great weekend!
Beautiful home with amazing views! The one full bath was sparkling clean and looks pretty new! Kitchen vey well equipped so if you want to cook you are definitely all set! Living room and eating area have beautiful views of the lake the outdoor apace is also perfect! There is pretty much nothing Kirsten forgot about to help make you feel at home

Hello. Our home is about 1 mile from the town of Bemus Point. We are located close to the exit from the bridge. Great location close to restaurants, bars and shopping.
You can ride bikes into town (1 mile) or drive.

Hi! I'm Kirstan and I have two unique spaces on airbnb. We own an old hotel built in 1903 in a small college town in Western PA where we offer a small one bedroom apartment for mid term rental. The other property is our "dream come true" lake home called The Heron's Rest located in Bemus Point NY on Lake Chautauqua. Mom of 3 kids, 2 dogs, landlord of over 20 units, lover of bookstores, coffee, travel, peloton and wine.
