Every place has it's pros and cons so I'll share both and you decide. Pros - The place looks exactly like the pictures, seemed clean, is right close to the beach, the company was responsive for the most part and truly tried to be fabulous hosts, it was easy to check in and they tried to give us an early check in, all details were on a website that was helpful. Cons - Right beside a hotel under major construction that starts loud noises at 7:30am, we had a cockroach on the kitchen counter (which they sprayed for the next day but was told that shouldn't happen in clean places by the locals), a sheet had a brown stain on it and a blanket a pink stain, blankets weren't warm for the cooler nights (they did deliver very thin and small blankets the next day), nothing is within walking distance except the beach, the pictures made it look like there was a bedroom upstairs but there is only a small desk up there, is smaller than it appears, view is the parking lot. They tried to be great hosts!

Loved our stay! There are ocean views from the rooftop patio and the screened-in porch and we enjoyed sitting out in both spots in our free time. Access to the beach is right by the condo building and you can get down to the water in a couple minutes. The condo was clean and comfortable for three (two adults + an infant). As an added bonus there is a washer and dryer in unit and the bed was comfortable. Hopefully we’ll be able to stay here again in the future.
