The apartment was very lovely. Great location, very well equipped kitchen, spacious, nice layout, great patio and jacuzzi. The owner was very sweet as well. Now for the bad, AdriaticExplorer is awful. The worst check in experience out of all of the many airbnbs I’ve stayed in. They had no address listed, no check in guide with information on how to find the place. The GPS location was listed wrong on Airbnb. They sent me a second GPS location which was also wrong and just at a supermarket. They refused to give me an address, when I called they could not give me an address or directions. It took us over 30 minutes to check in due to their lack of knowledge and communication. Once checked in, I sent them the actual GPS location so they could update their records and they never responded. I hope this listing is given to another property manager or self managed, because the space and owner are amazing, but the property manager drags the whole experience down.
