Great location but quite unclean and their dryer was running the whole night for some reason. We found a box of expired foods right above the fireplace. We were glad that we didn't have any kids with us. We kept everything clean and tidy before leaving, washed and dried all the dishes but sometime after received a text from someone, who does not want to say their name, that we should have asked before using the plates but there was nobody in the premise and they have stopped replying the text way before the night. It totally ruined all of our mood that day as we were travelling through the great ocean road. We have paid $1500 for 9 people but only 7 of us checked in (2 unused bed) and we even took some of our garbage with us and we still get complaint from the person. Hence, other than the location, it's not so appealing. There are stains in almost all of their chairs, their cupboard were broken, there were so man trip hazard left around the property, clearly not suitable for children, we found expired, green moulded foods, cigarette butts on every pots, thick layer of dust below the bed, unclean toilet and shower and what not. I would not recommend anyone this place, way too pricy for the service and cleanliness offered.

Disappointing the house wasn’t ready and clean at our check in time. Even after the cleaner was finished there was rubbish left behind, outdoor furniture was filthy and a bed without sheets. Owners personal belonging left lying around in communal spaces. Ocean views were beautiful but definitely not worth the $$.
