This place exceeded our expectations, even with cool, Fall, rainy weather. There wasn’t a bad view in sight. We only wish we could stay longer! We had a small hiccup with a beeping smoke detector when we arrived, but the management company immediately sent someone and fixed it right away (thanks Pam!) - they were incredibly helpful and responsive, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return any time.

Beautiful house with picturesque views, comfortable spaces, a wonderful pool, and all the needed amenities. The only downside was the lack of water pressure. Showers were reduced to a drip at times and toilets ran dry. Beth Frazer & Associates were very responsive but we’re not able to do anything to remedy the problem. Even with the lack of water pressure we had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed in Cape Hatteras for a long guys weekend and the house was great! Had a few kinks to work out when we first got in, but Denise and Mike came over and got everything worked out for us within a few minutes! Weather didn't quite cooperate with our fishing plans, so spent a good amount of time relaxing around the house and enjoying the beautiful views and the well appointed game room! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone coming to the Oriental area, and recommend the Beth Frazer team even higher!
