Great place for family and kids. Apart from common area like working and studio room, kitchen, living and dinning room, we also have play room filled with broad game, toys, and art supplies for kids. AnneArTel located near Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) and Don Mueang Train Station just 10-15 min drive. Very close to Impact Area just 5-10 min drive. Stay at AnneArTel, you will have a privacy that you need because each unit is designed to make sure all guests will feel safe, have a good stay, and also have the privacy. AnneArTel is a three-story town home that was newly renovated specifically for the AirBnb's project. Security with the door lock. The room is spacious, clean, good ventilation, full AC in the bedrooms with good quality furniture and home appliances. Enjoying new Art spaces that were specifically designed to serve both art lovers and anyone who wants to experience unique gallery spaces. The third floor has two huge bedrooms that can serve around 6 guests. The second floor was designed to be a working space and a playroom for kids. The first floor is mostly common areas, including kitchen, dining, and living area.

Ann's Haus in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in einer mehrheitlich von Thai bewohnten Gegend. war für uns genau richtig. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und der Kontakt mit Ann hat immer prompt und gut geklappt. In der Küche haben wir alles gefunden, was wir brauchten um uns selber zu versorgen. Große und kleine Supermärkte sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Für uns war einzig die Lage in der Stadt, bzw. Der unheimlich langsame öffentliche Nahverkehr in Bangkok ein Minus im Aufenthalt, was nichts mit der Unterkunft zutun hat! In der Gegend war es sehr ruhig und sehr sicher und falls man in der nahegelegenen Arena ein Konzert besucht oder im Goverment Quarter Termine hat ist es perfekt! Für Sightseeing in Bangkok eher nur etwas für diejenigen, die bereit sind immer mit Grab zu fahren.

This Air b&b was perfect for me and my Thai family. Plenty of space for cooking and close by a market that had everything we needed. If you are looking for space and don't mind living Thai style, this is a great value. Every thing was perfect the visit, thanks again for letting me stay here.

When I was younger, I used to study in the States. While studying over there I used to work part-time at a gift store beside Disneyland, remembered how much fun to be able to interact with people from all over the world, I started renovating my place in 2017. It took me a whole year to renovate the place since I did mostly the work by myself. Yes, this is the 80% DIY house. I put my heart into it and I hope anyone who stays at the place could feel it too.
