Ocean front located but hard to find parking spots within the community. Over the four days we stayed, had to park outside near the front complex for two days. Lovely sunset views, got to hear the waves 24/7. Kitchen was fully equipped and clean. There were the big roaches that kept us unhappy. Also the AC unit was not working and also no hot water running the last day of our stay. That was totally disappointing. Had to fly back and shower especially when there are kids. The rental does allow check in only at 4 pm which is an hour after the usual and checkout was an hour earlier at 10 than the usual 11 am. Overall was a mediocre stay.

The uniti is oceanfront in a quiet and peaceful condo. We can watch sunset every day at the balcony and it was absolutely amazing! My boys enjoyed the salt water pool right by the ocean. The location is close to Kona downtown, and close to snorkeling places in the south. We had a wonderful time.

Great location next to the ocean. The outdoor furniture was different than in photos- not as nice. One of the sliding doors sticks and is very difficult to open. Nice clean bathrooms but ran out of toilet paper after 3 days of a 7 days stay. No laundry soap provided for washing machine. Surprising given the hefty rental price. That said, it's a beautiful location on the ocean with a nice salt water pool. Grounds are very well kept.

Fantastic views! The apartment complex was a lot more dated than I would like but proximity to the ocean made up for it. The sheets could have been cleaner. We ran out of toilet rolls the night before we left. The balcony could have been cleaner and the mosquito nets on the doors were old and torn at the edges.

Great location, gorgeous view, cozy feel which was perfect after a long day of exploring!
