Amazing Airbnb! Definitely one of my favorites. The many amenities, as well as the hot tub, pool table, views, cleanliness, and Kathy’s attentiveness made this ski trip a 10/10. Thank you so much again, Kathy!

Kathy's home was a winter oasis for the season's first major snowfall! My friends and I had a great time enjoying the large open kitchen and living spaces - cooking, playing games, and spending time with each other. The hot tub and the pool table were crowd favorites as well. There were plenty of beds to fit our group of 12 adults - even the top bunks were used and comfortable! The home is well situated to get to nearby ski resorts including Boyne Mountain, The Highlands, and Nub's Nob. Our group did a lot of cooking at the home and the kitchen had most everything we needed. There were notably not enough bowls, spoons, mugs for 12 people, so if you are cooking for more than 8 I would recommend bringing some additional sets or asking Kathy about it ahead of time. We did all of our grocery shopping closer to home or along the drive north, but there were a number of smaller markets and convenience stores in Indian River on our way to and from the slopes.

We chose this stay for our holiday/NYE get-together with our adult children and their fiances. Our plan was to go take everyone skiing at two nearby ski resorts, but with the unusually warm weather this year, skiing was off the table. Thankfully we picked this house that had plenty of space for playing games and pool, doing puzzles, soaking in the hot tub, watching a football game, and enjoying great meals together at the nice large dining table. With a beautiful lake and sandy beach, it almost looked warm enough to get out on the water! There was plenty of space for the 8 of us, furniture was comfortable, bathrooms were beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked, and with 3 full baths and three levels of living space, there was always enough room for everyone to be together or separate throughout the days. It felt like home but with wonderful vacation amenities. The view and location were wonderful. Clean and well stocked. Don't hesitate. It's even better than the photos!

The house was in a great location...close to the UP, Boyne, Traverse City, Gaylord. Very spacious with a GORGEOUS a.m. and p.m. view. We had amazing rainbows several days. Would definitely stay here again. Fall colors on the lake were gorgeous.
