This is a unique old house. The pictures were cool to look at. Plenty of space for a group of 7. My only issue is the lack of seating and the bathroom. The space is tight to get to the shower. The big men had to squeeze in. The beds could be updated all 7 us got up and said “Oh my back hurts” we are not used to a spring mattress. It is nice to leave from the house and start riding.

We loved the house. Front porch was nice with rocking chairs and swing. Also has a enclosed back porch. Bedrooms are all good size for your belongings and luggage. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. The house was very clean and well kept. This house has so much history and has lots of pictures! We had room to park 4 of our atvs on the property, lots of parking for our trucks and trailers. Dollar general is very close, walking distance away. House is located only 3 miles from Hatfield McCoy Pocahontas trail 10. Spearhead trails are walking distance from the house. Dale Ann responded quickly each time I called her or messaged and was so nice. We look forward to staying again soon!

Great old house, well maintained with spacious bedrooms. Only the tiny bathroom is my reasoning to give an overall 4 star rating instead of 5 stars. Would definitely visit again.

Great location, roomy clean home and extremely prompt communication from the owner! Would definitely stay here again!
