We came here for a friend’s getaway…. all of us in our mid-40’s. WE LOVED the property and didn’t want to leave! We had 3 ladies from WI, 1 from Dallas and 1 from NYC in our group and all felt this was THE best place we have ever rented on Airbnb. Clean, spacious, modern inside. All the kitchen dishes, tools etc. were clean and useful. Living room was perfect for later night conversations. Bedrooms were comfy and we loved the master bedroom- the bed was incredibly comfortable- would love to know what brand it was! The bathroom was huge and two walks in closets were a dream come true! The office came in handy as we have 1 person that needed to work for a few hours each morning. Nice and simple layout. The laundry room was such a great perk for washing beach towels and such! It was also great to have the garage to park the car in and to have beach cooler, chairs right there for us to use! We used the pool and hot tub every day and night. We loved that the whole outdoor area was screened and enjoyed the serenity feel. Each morning we also loved sitting outside to drink our coffee and have our breakfast. The property is so close to the beach, some days we even did a drop off for those who wanted to go to the beach for a few hours, it was really and truly great to fit the desires for everyone. The house has loads of grocery stores in the area. Less than a mile to Publix, Trader Joes, and such and a Dunkin Donuts at the end of the street. We can’t say enough about how wonderful this property is- kudos to the hosts! Can’t wait to come back!

The house is truly beautiful and is even better than the photos. The high ceilings and fancy lighting throughout really made it feel luxurious. There are houses all around but you feel totally secluded out in the back and the landscaping out back and lighting also are amazing. It's a wonderful vacation house. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. Communication was mostly fine, given that it was the holidays the host missed responding to one key message for a couple of days. On issue to be aware of, we did end up having to purchase toiletries/laundry detergent, etc. which we weren't expecting to have to do. Also there were issues with the pool levels which we flagged to the host. A lesson learned for us is that if we ever stay at a place with a pool again it would be good practice to ask for the most recent levels/readings as we had an issue where we swam in the pool when it had unsafe chlorine levels. So, good to always check that before getting in. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place!!

Great communication with any questions I had... The home is amazing warm and very clean. I felt like I had my on slice of paradise.. Highly recommended
