A cosy villa just as described. Lots of different spaces to relax and an easy place to be. Arrived late so struggled to find it in the dark but straightforward once you know. Generally quiet and peaceful with a great pool and good facilities. No air con but room fans worked well and easier to maintain just the right temperature. Easy to drive to many great locations from Pollenca as the base. Outside bathroom was very convenient after the pool and better than the internal one where the shower temperature was difficult to get right. Would have appreciated a welcome pack highlighting key things to do and a few cleaning products such as capsules for the dishwasher and washing machine. Left many for the next guests. Kitchen pans could do with an upgrade plus the addition of some oven trays. Mosquitoes were out in force and perhaps the host could provide some proven products to keep them at bay beyond the spray that was left. All in all an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

- Very nice property manager and met the owner who lives next door too - very responsive and helpfull at all times. - The swimming pool is very nice but the house is a basic rural house with no air con. - The wifi connection is very poor as the router is outside the house and there's a repeater inside the house. - The surroundings of the house are peacefull and quiet.

The villa is gorgeous - our first villa stay, a great upgrade from self-catering apartment. It is a shame there is not more sleeping space as it was almost too large for just the five of us. My son was hardly out of the pool and it was fab not needing to tell him to curb his excitement or noise as despite there being a villa attached at the back it was very secluded. I would take mosquito protection - three out of five of us were bitten, I particularly struggled and as the sockets pins are sideways, you need an adapter or the plug in ones do not work as they need to sit upright. If you are prone do take long sleeve and leg clothing for early morning and dusk/night as that helped me toward the end of my stay. Fab little welcome bag of laundry essentials and as we arrived when shops were shut they put a huge bottle of water in for us. No store cupoboard items like salt etc - I think due to ants which were not bad at all. Villa name not on directions which didn't help!

A traditional villa in a quiet countryside. Outdoor space with the pool area is cozy. Location is excellent. Jogging trails can be found nearby and shops, beaches are only a short drive away. The Pollenca region is our favorite area in Mallorca. Would be easy to improve the customer experience if more attention was paid to small things: would be good to have garbage bags, washing-up liquid and toilet paper available on the house, as well as olive oil, salt, matches etc. Would also be nice to find at least one sharp knife in the kitchen. These are certainly not cost issues but rather comfort issues for a guest who may not be prepared . As there is no air conditioning in the house it would be convenient to keep the windows open at night during the warm season. Therefore mosquito nets on the bedroom windows would be great in the countryside. Our two-week holiday was relaxing and fit for purpose. With suggested improvements a warm recommendation for a family vacation.
