Had a wonderful stay. Everything about the place is perfect, the location, the house, the views, the wild life etc. You wont regret booking this house. Its beautiful and very spacious. Honestly speaking the pictures online dont do the venue justice. Its absolutely stunning. Thank you so much Lynette for everything. I'm definitely going to book your house when i visit Bela Bela again

Very poor communication from the host over the booking period and we had to follow up numerous times to get a response to basic questions. The overflowing septic tank created an awful smell throughout the house for our entire stay and we had to push the host to get this investigated, the excuse being that it was a long weekend and that the cleaning staff hadn't complained about any bad smells as well as the availability of a contractor. Someone eventually came and confirmed an issue with the septic tank being blocked however the host didn't at any stage follow up on the issue being resolved and we were left to deal with the sewerage smell for our entire stay which detracted from our enjoyment of the holiday. We notified the host of a beehive on our patio and after phone calls and messages and stressing that one of the guests is allergic the host finally agreed to attend to the removal of the hive but once again nobody arrived to follow through and no follow up was done. Very disappointing as this has been our first negative experience when booking through Airbnb and dealing with a host. The house really is lovely and the stay could have been exceptional had the host been more attentive to our issues.

it's a lovely place to stay peaceful, we loved every moment we stayed at the house very big , spacious and everything was looking gud as advertised and the hist was always availableon the phone to assist 😀
