Pros- great location close to Victoria Station, comfortable bed, clean, nice water pressure. Cons- one half roll of toilet paper provided, no paper towels, no AC or didn’t work, second door code not provided with instructions and had to contact them for help after long day of travel.

Location was perfect, apartment was very clean and cosy. Bed was also good. Kula service worked fast and it was very helpful. Book-in worked also well. Only downside was that everything that happened upstairs could be heard.

Excelente localização, espaçoso, super limpo. Recomendo. Como não tem elevador não é recomendado para quem tem alguma restrição de deslocamento.

Very convenient and spacious apartment. Friendly and proactive staff too, but there were thin walls and might hear the neighbors/other people in the same building partying on most nights.
